The red Skills can only be obtained by quests !!

how to get Magnitude?
It isn't really difficult.

First u have to recruit a Merchant to your guild. Than he must become your friend (easyst way u go to ... dungeon @ the afk lvl place und w8 ~~ 1h. Than he must become a Blacksmith. Now u can go back to the Merchant guild and take a new Quest there.
